Purse

After my sister made my Mom an awesome handbag/purse,

I fell in love and wanted to make my own.

(Shelly, that project would make a wonderful post!)

While enjoying a sisters weekend in St. George,

I found the perfect pattern. Once I got home

I had a few days to myself while Wade was still gone,

so I decided to do the whole thing in about one day,

not something I will ever do again.

I got my fabric at Material Girls.

It seemed like a good choice at the time,

but I don't much care for it now that's it together.

I didn't pay attention to the pattern and bought the

wrong kind of interfacing, and I didn't sew my handles

together corectly, so the bag is pretty trashed

after only a few months use.

I will definitely be making another one soon!
