Hem jeans with original seam

I mentioned how I hemmed my jeans to a couple of you and never got around to sharing the tutorial I found. I misplaced the link, but found a similar tutorial that explains the process. In my pic below, you can see the fold just above the hem from where I took an inch in, but I don't think it's noticeable when I'm wearing them at all.
