Well ladies, I have been in a crafty mood lately and once I started with LuLu's valance I couldn't stop. I found this super cute rag quilt tutorial from Shelly's delicious links and thought it was something I could do and guess what--I did! I was so nervous. It asked me to do things like sew a diagonal line, (how on earth was I going to keep that straight), make a chain of squares, (huh?) and all sorts of other highly complicated tasks. But, the directions had pictures and I just did a little at a time and before I knew it I was sewing my very own rag quilt and it turned out so soft, so cute, and so comfy. I think LuLu will love it.
Oh Betsy, that is so cute. We'll definitely have to make another one!
